A digital footprint is all activity online that someone does where they include their personal information that can be searched by strangers. We compared two characters digital footprint in which one character shared their full name, whole address, birthdate, password, and a photo of them. The students then draw the conclusion that a stranger can track a person online if they post private information about them on the internet.
